KSPT’s business operations in Industrial, Building Services, and Maintenance will be separated into independent companies. To implement this business separation, the company has entered into a consulting agreement with Mr. Risto Toivanen.
Risto’s task will be to ensure the smooth implementation of financial management and enterprise resource planning systems during the business transfers.
